• When you call us after hours: an AI assistant answers the call. We keep a recording and a written transcript of the call.
• From our drivers and staff: name, mobile phone number, and work schedule.

How we use it

• To schedule, dispatch, and complete deliveries.
• To contact you about a delivery you requested.
• To send work text messages to our drivers and staff.
• To check and improve the quality of our service.

Text messages (SMS)

• We send dispatch text messages only to drivers and staff who have agreed to receive them.
• Messages are about work: new pickups, schedules, and related updates.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@alpha-courier.com.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Who we share information with

• Companies that run our phone, text message, and email systems for us. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• Government or law enforcement, when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for deliveries, billing, and our business records.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
